Role Description The Sales Executive role at Hims Production is a full-time, hybrid position based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage inbound and outbound leads, and build strong relationships with clients in the creative, marketing, and branding space.



Daily responsibilities include presenting service offerings, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with revenue targets. The role also involves working closely with the production and marketing teams to understand client needs, ensure accurate scoping of projects, and maintain client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle. The Sales Executive will monitor market trends, maintain sales reports and CRM data, and support strategic initiatives to expand Hims Production’s presence in domestic and international markets.
Qualifications
Robust skills in consultative selling, lead generation, and account management, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
Experience in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation within creative, media, or marketing services (or similar industries).
