We are looking for an experienced Lead Manager – Operations to manage e-commerce projects, lead teams, drive client satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence.
? Location: Mumbai
? Experience: 8+ years in E-commerce Operations
? Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
? People Management: 3+ years
? Compensation: Market Competitive
? Key Responsibilities
• Manage one or multiple projects and own project deliverables & team performance
• Guide team leads and resolve project-related queries
• Manage communication with clients, onsite managers and offsite project managers
• Act as the primary solution provider for assigned projects
• Identify system issues and implement process improvements
• Drive productivity and quality improvement quarter-on-quarter
• Manage training for new project requirements, trainees and replacements
• Generate Excel reports and create process documentation




• Work with multiple technology applications to resolve Seller/Partner issues
• Independently use client knowledge bases, policies and procedures to resolve issues
? Mandatory Requirements
✔ 8+ years of experience in E-commerce Operations
✔ 3+ years of experience in People Management
✔ Strong e-commerce background, particularly Content/Cataloguing
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Robust MS Excel skills — Lookups, Pivot Tables & Reporting
✔ Proficiency in MS Word & PowerPoint
✔ Strong documentation and presentation skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
✔ Willingness to work in Rotational and US shifts
