Role Description The Executive Pastry Chef will lead the pastry and brownie production at our on-site facility in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include planning and executing the daily baking schedule, developing new brownie and dessert recipes, and ensuring consistent product quality and presentation. The role involves overseeing ingredient selection, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and optimizing production workflows.



The Executive Pastry Chef will collaborate with management on menu innovation, seasonal offerings, and cost control, while supporting training and development of the pastry team.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Bakery and Baking skills, with proven experience in professional pastry or dessert production.
Candidates should possess solid Food Preparation and Cooking skills, including knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
Candidates should possess advanced Culinary Skills, especially in chocolate work, recipe development, and plating/presentation.
Experience as a Pastry Chef or Executive Pastry Chef in a bakery, patisserie, or dessert-focused kitchen is highly desirable.
Ability to manage and mentor kitchen staff, coordinate schedules, and maintain high production standards.
Robust attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance.
