Role Description The Regional Sales Manager uPVC Doors and Windows is responsible for driving sales growth and market development within the Pune Division. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing key accounts, developing new business with fabricators, dealers, developers, and architects, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners. Day-to-day activities include conducting client visits, presenting product solutions, negotiating pricing and contracts,



and preparing sales proposals and forecasts. The role also includes monitoring competitors, coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, and reporting on regional performance and pipeline status to leadership. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing to support promotions, attend industry events, and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in regional sales management or business development, ideally in uPVC doors and windows, building materials, or related construction products.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling, with the ability to handle key accounts and complex deals.
Ability to analyze market trends, prepare sales plans and forecasts, and meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.
