Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. This position is responsible for identifying and developing current business opportunities, expanding market presence, and building long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing sales trends, preparing business proposals,



and negotiating contracts to drive revenue and brand visibility. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning and promotional campaigns, as well as tracking performance metrics to optimize business growth. The Business Development Manager is expected to maintain strong professional communication, represent the brand at industry events, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience in FMCG or personal care preferred.
Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning to identify growth opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and use basic CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
