Consultant - Abroad Admission

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Abroad Admission Consultant to guide students through the end-to-end process of studying overseas from shortlisting universities to securing admits. This is a part time, remote opportunity ideal if you want to build additional income alongside your current full-time role. We actively encourage candidates to continue their full-time job while working with us.

What You'll Do
* Counsel students on university/course selection based on their profile, budget, and career goals
* Guide students through the application process - SOPs, LORs, documentation, and deadlines
* Advise on visa requirements, funding options, and scholarships




* Handle end-to-end coordination with students until admit/enrollment confirmation
* Follow up consistently on leads to maximize conversions
* Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline, conversions, and enrollments
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an abroad admission consultant/counselor in the study-abroad or overseas education industry
* Strong knowledge of application processes for key destinations (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
* Proven track record of converting leads into confirmed admissions
* Excellent communication and consultative counseling skills
