Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Residential Sales role based in the Pune Division, focused on properties in and around Kharadi (Pune). The role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records,



coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing timely follow-up and after-sales support. The Residential Sales professional will also gather market intelligence, participate in local promotional activities, and collaborate with the wider team to achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering a high standard of client service.
