Role Description The Call Center Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Silk Board, Bengaluru. In this position, the representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, handle pre sales calls, respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions in the system, following scripts and guidelines where appropriate. The role also involves maintaining high levels of customer Experience and satisfaction, adhering to quality standards and performance metrics, and collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and customer experience. The representative is expected to be punctual, reliable,



and able to deliver exceptional customer experience

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in pre sales, customer service, customer support, and customer satisfaction, with the ability to handle diverse customer needs.
Experience enhancing customer experience and working effectively as a Customer Service Representative in a call center or similar workplace.
Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi ; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
Ability to listen actively, stay calm under pressure, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
Basic computer proficiency, including typing skills and familiarity with CRM or call center software.
Prior BPO or contact center experience is preferred but not mandatory; Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Minimum educational qualification: Any degree
