Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to strengthen Bytescare’s brand presence and communicate its value proposition. The Social Media Manager will manage daily posting schedules, optimize profiles and content for reach and engagement,



and respond to audience interactions in a timely, professional manner. The role includes collaborating with marketing and design teams to execute campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and refining strategies based on data insights. The Social Media Manager will stay updated on platform trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to ensure Bytescare’s social channels remain relevant, dynamic, and aligned with business goals.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms.
Ability to develop and implement an effective Content Strategy tailored to brand protection, cybersecurity, and technology audiences.
Excellent Writing and Communication skills for crafting clear, compelling posts, captions, and messages that reflect the brand voice.
