Role Description
This is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi for a Junior Full Stack Development Trainer. The trainer will deliver practical, industry-aligned training sessions on full-stack development, ensure student engagement, and assess progress. Responsibilities include designing and updating curriculum,



providing hands-on demonstrations, mentoring students, and addressing their queries. Collaboration with the team to improve training methodologies and course content is also expected.
Qualifications
Expertise in Training, Training & Development, and Curriculum Development
Strong Communication skills for effective knowledge transfer
Understanding of basics regarding Human Resources (HR) tasks related to training
Capacity to mentor and guide students with patience and clarity
Knowledge of full-stack development technologies and tools
Ability to adapt to distinctive learning paces and styles
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus
Previous teaching or training experience is advantageous
