Company : Talent Connect Search Partner
Salary : ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Incentives : Target Based Incentives
Key Responsibilities -
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate quality leads.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into advance payments.
Maintain accurate call records and lead details in the system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently.
Work closely with the team to maximize conversions.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Confident, persuasive, and results-oriented.
Experience in telecalling/sales is preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication can also apply.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
