Role Description The B2B Sales Associate at Dice Academy will focus on building and managing relationships with corporate clients, educational partners, and other organizations to promote the academy’s training programs. In this full time, on-site role based in New Delhi,



the associate will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, conduct client meetings and presentations, and follow up to close training and partnership deals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with academic and operations teams to create customized offerings, and ensuring smooth onboarding of institutional clients. The role also involves tracking market trends in design and education, contributing to sales strategies, and preparing regular reports on performance and client feedback.
