by monitoring assigned case queues in NetSuite.· Assist with Ad Hoc reporting needs as they arise.· Follow the month end close process as instructed by the Renewal Operations manager.· Provide backup support while peers are out of pocket.· Document and report process & system issues which cause disruption in processing renewals in a timely manner.Requirements· Bachelor's degree, finance or equivalent· 1-2 years of experience working in a Renewal Operations function or equivalent· Familiarity with an ERP & CRM Software (NetSuite and Sales Force especially)· Prior experience with creating renewal reminder and contracts in NetSuite is highly desirable· Proficient in English, verbal and written, plus experience working with MS Office suite (Word and Excel)· Ability to communicate clearly in an online group meeting
