Responsibilities:
- Audit employee and payroll data for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare reports and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with HR and management teams globally
- Ensure compliance with company and local labor regulations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of HR auditing or HR compliance experience
- Strong English communication and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience with international or remote teams preferred
