Role Overview

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive focused on up-to-date search strategy — not just traditional SEO.

You must understand

- SEO fundamentals (on-page + technical basics)
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- AIO (AI-driven search & content optimization)




- How AI search is changing organic traffic behavior

This role is execution-focused. We are not hiring theory-only marketers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research (manual + AI-assisted)
- Optimize content for featured snippets & AI results
- Structure content for AI-based discovery engines
- Improve indexing, internal linking & page structure
- Monitor rankings, impressions & CTR
- Use AI tools to cluster, plan & optimize content

Mandatory Skills

- 1–2 years real SEO execution
- Experience with Google Search Console & GA4
- Practical understanding of AEO / AI search evolution
- Strong analytical mindset
- Daily usage of AI tools for marketing execution
