You are welcomed here as you bring:
> - 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency);
> - Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
> - Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
> - Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;
> - Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels;
> - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases;
> - Solid organizational and time-management abilities;
> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
> - Strong decision-making skills.
As a core team member, you will:
> - Partner with customers to get a transparent view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs;
> - Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements;
> - Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
> - Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
> - Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities;
> - Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries;
> - Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion;
> - Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed;
> - Network and build long-lasting client relationships;
> - Contribute to further development, change management in the company;
