- Appointment of Main dealers and Sub dealer’s network.
- Identify prospective towns, Area Mapping and Network expansion.
- Hiring, Training & Development of sales team to achieved targeted numbers.
- Verification of KYC, Customer personal interaction, Credit of each case as per defined company policy and norms.
- Focusing on retails to ensure profitability.
- Field activities.
- Strategic Management and Forecasting.
- Market analysis and recommendations to Planning team.
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy at the dealership that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Create and send the daily reports with accuracy and time to AM/DM.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales, and daily activity reports.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
