Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Gold Loan business through branch walk-ins and field sourcing.
- Conduct gold appraisal as per company policies (where applicable).
- Ensure timely processing, documentation, and loan disbursal.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to audit and compliance norms.
- Achieve monthly disbursal and revenue targets.
- Support branch operations for Gold Loan-related activities.
