Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager (Construction Finance)

Location: Visakhapatnam

CTC: Up to 15 LPA

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager for the Construction Finance vertical. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, underwriting, and managing Construction Finance proposals while maintaining productive relationships with builders and real estate developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and acquire new Construction Finance proposals from builders and developers.

- Conduct detailed financial analysis, credit assessment, and project evaluation.

- Manage end-to-end loan processing including documentation, legal, technical, and compliance checks.

- Maintain strong relationships with builders, channel partners, and stakeholders in the real-estate ecosystem.

- Monitor portfolio performance, track project progress, and ensure timely repayments.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Construction Finance or Real-Estate Developer Funding.

- Strong understanding of credit assessment, project cash flows, technical feasibility, and due diligence.

- Proven track record of sourcing business in the Construction Finance domain.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.





- Ability to work independently and handle high-value proposals.
