OverviewThe Regulatory / Business Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organization complies with relevant regulations and standards while also effectively analyzing and optimizing business processes. The analyst must evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that any changes meet regulatory guidelines.
They will also serve as a liaison between regulatory agencies and the internal team, facilitating communication and ensuring that the organization adheres to all legal and industry standards. This role is vital to reducing risks, improving service delivery, and enhancing overall organizational performance.Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulatory or compliance analyst role.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with a robust focus on accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with regulatory audits and assessments.
- Certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) are a plus.
