Role Purpose The Regional Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for driving consistent VM execution, store presentation standards, space productivity, window hygiene, and store team capability across the assigned region. The role will ensure that VM calendars, MEP norms, store visits, NSO handovers, and training plans are implemented within defined timelines and as per brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Space Efficiency & Regional Business Support

Monitor space efficiency on a fortnightly basis across the assigned region to ensure sales performance is aligned with quantity sold and regional benchmarks. Track category-wise space utilization and highlight improvement opportunities for better productivity. Manage additional VM responsibility for UP stores, ensuring end-to-end execution, review, and corrective action.

2. VM Calendar & MEP Implementation

Ensure timely implementation of the VM calendar across all stores as per agreed schedules and trackers. Drive adherence to MEP norms and maintain VM PPT hygiene across the region. Ensure all store-level VM executions are aligned with brand guidelines,



seasonal priorities, and business requirements.

3. Store Visit Planning & PJP Compliance

Prepare and share the monthly PJP in advance and ensure store visits are completed as planned. Conduct structured store visits to review VM standards, store health, window execution, faade hygiene, and overall presentation. Share transparent feedback and action plans with store teams and follow up for closure.

4. VM Support, Store Health & NSO Handover

Provide timely VM support to front-end teams within agreed TATs. Maintain store health through regular audits based on defined checklists and ensure corrective actions are completed within timelines. For new store openings, ensure NSO handover is taken on time and VM handover is completed as per agreed standards and deadlines.

5. Window Display, Faade Hygiene & Low-Performing Store Improvement

Track window performance through S360 and work towards maintaining or improving window drop percentages. Identify low-performing stores in the region and implement VM action plans to improve display impact and customer experience. Ensure window displays and faades are maintained in proper condition and are fully aligned with brand guidelines.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working)

2nd and 4th , 5th Saturdays will not be working.
