We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage enterprise sales for our IT hardware and system integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Drive regional sales growth for IT hardware, networking & system integration solutions ✔ Develop and manage relationships with enterprise clients, corporates & channel partners ✔ Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies ✔ Handle end-to-end enterprise sales cycle (lead → closure)

✔ Achieve sales targets, revenue growth & profitability goals ✔ Coordinate with technical, pre-sales & project teams for solution delivery ✔ Conduct client presentations, negotiations & commercial discussions ✔ Monitor market trends, competitor activities & customer requirements

Requirements

- Strong experience in B2B / Enterprise IT Sales

- Knowledge of IT Hardware, Networking, Servers, Security & System Integration

- Experience in handling corporate & enterprise clients





- Strong negotiation, presentation & communication skills

- Channel partner and account management expertise

- Ability to lead regional sales operations & business growth

- Target-driven with strong commercial acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

- Any Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)

- Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise solutions preferred
