- Min 6 years experience in sales within the Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Agri sectors or any other industry.
- At least 1 year and above of leadership experience.

Experience managing a team of 2 and above members.

- Robust network in B2B with dairy associations and B2C with farmers and cattle owners.

Other Requirements

- Should be ready to operate from Punjab location.
- Should be ready to travel across Punjab
- Must have good presentation skills
- Able to join at earliest.
- Should have good connects with dairy cooperatives, dairy firms, farmers and Cattle owners.

Soft Skills

· Proficiency in Punjabi (Mandatory)

· Passionate about sales and self-driven.

· Strong leadership abilities.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
