About the Role We are seeking passionate Recruitment Executives and Interns to join our expanding team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for clients across industries and levels, while enjoying the flexibility of remote or office-based working options.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire recruitment cycle – from understanding client requirements to successful closures.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases.

- Conduct headhunting for niche roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, take feedback, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and pipelines in the ATS/CRM system.

- Build and nurture strong client and candidate relationships.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly placement targets and earn attractive performance incentives.

Eligibility Criteria

- Prior experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (consultancy or corporate).
- Hands-on knowledge of sourcing platforms: Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.

- Strong headhunting skills with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Excel, Email tools.
- Passion for recruitment and career development.

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and potential.
