Position : Recruiter - Talent Source

Location: Trichy, Thillai Nagar

Salary: INR 10,000 per month

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer to join our energetic team in Trichy, Thillai Nagar. As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively source candidates using various channels and strategies. Responsibilities:

- Utilize sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including online sourcing, networking, and cold-calling.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine suitability for open positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.




- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging candidates.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
