We are seeking a skilled and motivated React.js Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building high-performance web applications using React.js and a solid understanding of front-end development best practices. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and associated tools.
- Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality, cohesive solutions.
- Write clean, productive, and reusable code while following coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software for performance improvements.

Qualification Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a React.js Developer or similar role in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object models.
- Familiarity with modern front-end development tools and frameworks, including Redux, Webpack, and Babel.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration of front-end with back-end services.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
