Job Title: Quality Officer /Executive for Process QA

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Bachelor /Diploma of Mechanical

- OTHER PROFESSIONAL COURSES/CERTIFICATION (if required):IMS implementation SAP work Fabrication Testing & Customer Handling

DUTIES:

- Ensure product quality is maintained as per the code and standard applicable.
- Understand customer needs, requirements & CSR to develop effective quality control processes, define CTQ (critical to Quality) points develop inspection plan to exceed the customer expectations.
- Define , monitor & review the inspection process parameters, SOP, work instructions for all the process of Manufacturing including Finished Goods Quality, Work in progress, Pre delivery inspections, Shipment of goods, Sample testing, Retention of samples.
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on Quality Procedures, Standards and Specifications
- Knowledge of UPVC Window Fabrication Parts inspection & testing.




- Knowledge of Profile testing as per EN Standard IS 17953-2023
- Accountable to address the Customer complaints within the time frame defined in the Work Instructions / SOP / Procedures etc., by using QC tools for root cause analysis and POKAYOKE (Full Proof Actions) against NC (In house rejection) or complaint/rejections ( QC Tools ).
- Inspection of process materials as per specification based on frequency First piece approval & sampling plan .
- Deeply knowledge of internal rejection analysis co-ordinate with production team for RCA.
- Jig & fixture development skill to protect assembly fitment problem .
- Complete knowledge of SAP Quality related work .
- IMS Audit documents preparation & handling audit compliance .
- Review of New Product development activity and Product end use at Customer’s end.
- A team player with solid communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Conducting meetings with technicians for new modification.
