The Quality Engineer is responsible for managing quality assurance, ensuring the product meets all design and safety requirements, and developing the test plan to ensure that the product is fit for use.

- Responsibilities:

1. Develop test plans for recent or modified products

2. Define test criteria

3. Create test scripts, schedules, and procedures

4. Manage QA team to ensure product quality

5. Perform internal and external audits

6. Investigate customer complaints

7. Produce comprehensive reports on product quality status

8. Identify areas of improvement in production methods

9. Provide input on design changes to improve quality

10. Requirements

11. Minimum of N years experience as a Quality Engineer or Quality Assurance Engineer - Experience with XXXXXX software development process or equivalent process - Proven ability to manage projects in a complex environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven success in managing multiple projects at once - Proven success in managing a team
