Roles and Responsibility
- Lead the Quality Assurance function and ensure compliance with QMS, GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage SOPs, documentation, batch release, deviations, CAPA, change control, and risk assessments.
- Lead internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits and ensure audit readiness.
- Ensure quality of raw materials, in-process, and finished products, including laboratory compliance and equipment calibration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejections, improve yield, and build a zero-defect quality culture.
- Collaborate with Production, QC, Engineering, R&D;, Supply Chain, and Procurement to achieve quality objectives.
- Lead, train, and develop the QA team while ensuring effective use of SAP
