Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Engineerto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality ofincoming parts, conducting thorough PCB testing, and preparing comprehensivetest plans and reports. This role involves rigorous quality checks on our advancedmedical devices, ensuring they meet stringent industry standards.Key Responsibilities:● Inspect and verify the quality of incoming parts according to establishedquality standards.● Conduct testing and validation of basic electronics components and PCBs.● Oversee the PCB assembly process, ensuring adherence to quality protocols.● Develop and implement test plans and prepare detailed test reports.● Utilize instruments such as vernier calipers, multimeters, and cathode-rayoscilloscopes (CRO) for quality testing and measurements.● Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve qualityissues.● Employ QC tools such as the 7 QC Tools, CAPA, WHY-WHY analysis,5W-2H Analysis, PDCA,



and QRQC in quality assessments andimprovements.● Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to maintain andenhance product quality.● Document and report non-conformities, corrective actions, and qualitymetrics.● Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:● In-depth knowledge of basic electronics components and the PCB testingprocess.● Understanding of the PCB assembly process.● Experience in preparing test plans and test reports.● Proficiency in using measurement instruments like vernier calipers,multimeters, and CRO.● Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.● Familiarity with QC tools such as 7 QC Tools, CAPA, WHY-WHY analysis,5W-2H Analysis, PDCA, and QRQC.● Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.● Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams.● Prior experience in quality control, preferably in the electronics or medicaldevice industry.● Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, ITI/Diploma or a relatedfield.
