Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Tester with expertise in both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will work alongside our development team to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of our Gen AI solutions. This role will involve designing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying bugs, and ensuring smooth deployment of our enterprise GPT products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications.

- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for manual and automated testing.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on our GPT-based products.

- Identify, report, and track defects in the product using appropriate tools.

- Write and maintain automated test scripts (using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar) to ensure continuous integration and deployment pipelines are properly tested.

- Perform API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.

- Evaluate and provide feedback on product performance, usability, and AI-related functionality.

- Ensure thorough test coverage and high-quality standards in production releases.

- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to communicate progress and challenges.





- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and automation frameworks.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

- Proficiency in programming languages for test automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).

- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git, Jenkins).

- Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly generative AI models (e.g., GPT), and their implications on product behavior.

- Knowledge of performance testing and security testing is a plus.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with enterprise-level GPT models or similar AI technologies.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, etc.
