Role Description

Role Description:

As a Technical Lead - Manual Testing - Functional at Incedo, you will be responsible for testing software applications for their functional requirements. You will create and execute test plans and scripts,



identify and report issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute manual functional testing solutions to ensure quality and accuracy of software products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design test cases that meet business needs.
- Document and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans and test cases.

Technical Skills

Experience: 7–12 Years

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing
- Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Cases & Test Scenarios
- Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke & UAT Testing
- API Testing (Postman/Swagger)
- SQL/Database Testing
- Automation Testing (Selenium preferred)
- Defect Management (Jira/Azure DevOps)
- Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong analytical, debugging, and stakeholder communication skills

Valuable to Have:

- Banking/Financial Services domain experience
- CI/CD and test automation exposure
- Experience leveraging AI/Agentic AI for test automation and quality engineering

Nice-to-have skills

Qualifications

Qualifications
- 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
