Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in

Automation Testing, Python scripting, API testing, and QA processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building automation frameworks, executing end-to-end testing, and driving quality initiatives in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute test strategies, test cases, and automation scripts
- Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testing
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Develop Python utilities/scripts for automation support
- Drive CI/CD-integrated automation and QA process improvements
- Manage defects using Jira and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support release validation, production readiness, and quality reporting
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices

Required Skills





- 8+ years of experience in Software Testing & Automation Testing
- Strong expertise in:

- Robot Framework
- Selenium WebDriver
- TestNG / Cucumber / BDD
- Python scripting / Pytest
- API Testing (Postman)
- Automation Frameworks (POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid)

• Experience with Jira, Jenkins, Git/GitHub, Maven
- Good understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in enterprise-scale applications
- Exposure to API automation and integration testing
- Knowledge of security or performance testing is a plus
