About the Role:

Seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design and development of a cutting-edge, Python-based Sales Automation System that leverages agentic AI frameworks, competitor analysis, and real-time data processing. This role is central to building an intelligent automation engine that integrates data across Azure services, Cosmos DB, and Snowflake, enabling smart decision-making for sales strategy and execution.

This is a critical role that combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of sales enablement and pitching. The ideal candidate will be at the intersection of software engineering and business growth — capable of developing robust systems while also understanding the nuances of driving competitive advantage in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end development of a Python-based sales automation system.
- Build and deploy AI-driven modules that automate competitor analysis and sales intelligence using agentic AI framework and Agentic AI principles.
- Integrate multiple data sources (internal & external) and manage data flow through Azure, Cosmos DB, and Snowflake.




- Design modular components for data extraction, transformation, and insight generation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to understand requirements, use cases, and workflows.
- Support automated sales pitch generation and enrichment pipelines using generative AI.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the solution across diverse sales channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 6+ years of strong Python backend development experience
- Expertise in building scalable RESTful APIs (FastAPI / Flask / Django DRF)
- Hands-on with Azure services: Functions, App Services, Blob Storage, Azure Cosmos (NoSQL)
- Solid SQL skills; Snowflake DB, working knowledge of GitHub
- Exposure on GenAI for project development
- Data Engineering work on the ingestion pipeline
- Determine the best way to ingest content into the Snowflake table
- Carry out the necessary data transformation and match in order to get the right data into Snowflake tables

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in building or integrating AI-powered sales enablement platforms
- Exposure to streaming data, real-time analytics, or decision systems in sales contexts
- Familiarity with MLOps or deploying AI solutions in production
- Prior experience in cross-functional roles involving product, business, and engineering stakeholders
