• Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for best pricing and terms
- Raise purchase orders and follow up on timely delivery
- Maintain and update purchase records and inventory levels
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements
- Conduct market research to identify current suppliers and products
- Ensure quality checks and verification of goods received
- Prepare reports on purchases, cost analyses, and supplier performance
- Handle local visits for material pickup or vendor coordination (bike required)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, etc. preferred)
- 2–5 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, purchase software, or ERP tools
- Familiarity with local market and vendor networks
- Must have a two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving license
- Should be based in or near Faridabad or willing to relocate nearby
