4. Review and analyse purchase requisitions and create purchase orders accordingly.

5. Review final comparison statements of rates offered by Vendors to be submitted for approvals

6. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock outs.

7. Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with contracts and agreements.

8. Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, production,



and logistics to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.

9. Identify opportunities for cost savings through supplier consolidation, contract renegotiation, or process improvements.

10. Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.

11. Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements related to procurement.

12. Ensure all Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) are created and managed accurately in the SAP system.
