We are looking for a hands-on Purchase Manager to manage raw materials, consumables, tools, and purchase activities, ensuring uninterrupted production for a leading fasteners manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with suppliers for quotations and orders
- Negotiate prices without compromising timelines or quality
- Track and follow up on pending deliveries Develop and maintain a solid supplier base
- Maintain adequate stock of raw materials, consumables, and tools Keep stock records accurate and apply lean practices (FIFO, minimum stock levels)
- Handle inward, outward, and physical stock verification

Requirements:

- Graduate or Diploma preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase and store roles in a manufacturing unit
- Knowledge of inventory management and purchase processes
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong negotiation skills and cost-conscious mindset
- Disciplined, organized, and able to work independently
