We are hiring a Public Relations (PR) Executive for a leading engineering and infrastructure solutions company based in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. Key Responsibilities

Public Relations & Stakeholder Management

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, PMCs, contractors, architects, channel partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Act as the company's brand ambassador during business meetings and industry interactions.
- Represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
- Build long-term professional relationships that enhance the company's market reputation.

Brand Communication & Corporate Visibility

- Strengthen the company's brand image through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.




- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all external interactions.
- Identify partnership opportunities to improve market visibility and brand recognition.
- Support corporate branding initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Market Research & Industry Intelligence

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Collect valuable market insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Share recommendations to improve communication strategies and brand positioning.

Brand Representation & Site Coordination

- Ensure consistent brand representation across project sites and customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate branding activities in line with company standards.
- Conduct regular visits to project locations and business partners across India.

Reporting & Internal Coordination

- Maintain detailed reports of meetings, stakeholder interactions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office and Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Business Development, Client Relations,



or Brand Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional, confident, and well-presented personality.
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with extensive travel across India.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with engineering, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial companies will be an advantage.
- Strong networking skills with consultants, contractors, architects, builders, or corporate clients.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
