1Regular shop/site visit to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and addressing them2Conducting Monthly Safety Audit at workshops, Site and Dealers facilities as per schedule and reporting3Conducting regular training on various topics on EH & S, maintaining training matrix and training details MoM4Safety reporting through EHS online portal, excel/ word formats5Developing SOPs,
procedures & documentation6Motivating for Improvements and Suggestions on EHS 7Ensuring Housekeeping as per 5S guidelines8Ensuring PPE Compliance9Ensuring Resource consumption monitoring and conservation initiatives10Ensuring legal compliance and maintain documents.11Operation and miniatous of STP/ETP and Fire hydrant system12Incident/Accident /Near Miss/Unusual occurrence investigation, establishing countermeasures and reporting13Issuing work permits for identified critical and non routine activities to ensure Safety14Organising EHS competitions, celebration and observation of key EHS days
