- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for offshore geotechnical engineering projects.
- Review client requirements, tender documents, and specifications to develop tailored solutions.
- Ensure all proposals are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.
1. Contract Management:
- Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor contract execution to ensure adherence to agreed terms.
1. Client Interaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the proposal and contract stages.
- Address client queries and provide clarifications promptly.
1. Market Focus:
- Specialize in projects across the Middle East, including KSA, UAE, and other regions.
- Stay updated on regional market trends, regulations, and client expectations.
1. Coordination and Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance,
and operations) to gather necessary inputs for proposals.
- Prepare periodic reports on proposal and contract activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in proposals and contracts, preferably in offshore geotechnical engineering.
Technical Knowledge:
- Robust understanding of offshore geotechnical engineering principles.
- Familiarity with industry standards and practices in the Middle East.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills (Hindi speaking mandatory). Proficiency in Arabic will be an added advantage.
Software Proficiency: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with engineering or proposal management software is a plus.
