Project: Construction of School and Hospital Building for Miners' Children and Families

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Site Engineer to oversee the construction of a school and hospital facility in a rural area, providing essential services to miners' children and their families. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction site management, be able to handle the unique challenges of rural development and ensure high-quality standards, safety, and timely completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

- Oversee all day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring that work progresses according to the approved plan and timeline.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor and maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control across all aspects of the project.

Construction Management:

- Manage all phases of the construction process, from site preparation to final building handover.

- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve any issues with on-site design, materials, or methods.

Resource Management:

- Manage resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient use and avoid delays.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials needed for construction.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:

- Promote a protected working environment and enforce adherence to safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Ensure the site complies with environmental guidelines and regulations, particularly related to the rural setting.

Education: B.Tech /Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer,



ideally in the construction of buildings.

- Prior experience working in rural or underserved areas is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in construction.
