Position: Project ManagerLocation - Chennai - WFOTotal experience: 8 - 10 YearsBudget: Upto 15 LPA Notice: Immediate to 15 daysContract Duration: Minimum of 6 Months to 1 Year. : Description - Experience 8-10 years overall experience - Min. 3 years of Project management experience will be an added advantage Education with Specialization B.E/M.E ( Mechanical (or) Electrical/Electronics) Nature of Work in Simple Words Project managers set up and manage projects, in order to achieve agreed targets and fulfill requirements, including customer value, business case, stakeholder requirements, safety, fit-for-use/quality, cost of project execution and schedule .Project managers lead and manage a team / a cross-functional team / team of teams to achieve project targets within the constraints. They provide transparency to business stakeholders on the project and escalate issues when needed. Roles and Responsibilities we offer 1. To achieve agreed targets of the project by managing activities related to project such as planning, execution, monitoring feedback, correction to completion etc., 2. To collaborate in effective manner for achieving project goals within R&D; functions globally as well as with Factory and frontline units.

To be proficient in doing the scrum master role with a valuable knowledge of lean and agile ways of working. Required Technical Skill Set to perform the Roles and Responsibilities 1. In depth knowledge of elevator products and technology- System level 2. Exposure to SAP processes (delivery, customer) 3. Awareness of R&D; processes & methods.

4. Proficiency in lean and agile ways of working…exposure to tools like JIRA will be a added advantage. Required Tools / Software Knowledge to perform the Roles and Responsibilities we offer Working knowledge of MS-Project ( WBS creation, Task updation, Baselining and monitoring/updation day to day) or other equivalent Project Management soft tools. Good skills in Windows Ms-Office platform & SAP environment. Soft Skill Excellent communication skills - Read, write and speak. Leadership skills (especially negotiation skills and conflict management) Competence profile Good working knowledge of Research and development processes practised in engineering industries. Professional requirements Others if any In depth knowledge of elevator products and technology- System level if available is an added advantage. if not available we can see closer to the product like Construction lifts dev, or any other product development done on System level.
