1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion2. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs3. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations4. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors5. Validating the adequacy of project resources to guarantee timely project completion, selecting tools, materials, and equipment, and tracking inventory6. Meet contractual conditions of performance7. Review the work progress daily8. Sound knowledge of Primavera P6 Project templates, schedules, Global codes, resource codes, Calendars, EPS, OBS hierarchies, and Cost codes for Managers and stakeholders.9. Knowledge of creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Level and updating Actuals, Scheduling, Controlling, and Monitoring the Status periodically.10. Should know about Preparing the EPC Project Schedules11. Use "What if" analysis to assess the time implications of any changes, variations,



or potential events in the first phases and provide alternative options and advice before instructing contractors.12. Comprehensive assessment of claims like Extension of Time and notify the contractor of delays caused by their slow performance.13. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status14. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones15. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses16. Analyse, manage, and mitigate risks17. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Required Candidate profile:-

1. Proven working experience in construction management software and dashboards2. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods3. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards4. Ability to plan and see the big picture5. Competent in conflict and crisis management6. Leadership and human resources management skills7. Excellent time and project management skills8. BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a related field
