- Robust expertise in project management methodologies and tools
- In-depth understanding of project planning, execution, and closure phases

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning
- Ensure delivery of 3D plans and BOQ within the set timelines keeping the client's requirements in mind to ensure closure of agreement keeping to ensure the handover date.
- Determine optimum method of operations to achieve required finished product efficiently.
- Create a project plan and share with all stakeholders specifying deliverables and Timelines
- Handover details regarding material etc required for the project to Procurement at BOQ stage
