We are seeking a dynamic and experienced technical project manager to manage our product development in India. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of our product development and support, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of software development processes with SAAS products.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Project Management:

- Lead and manage multiple teams working on different projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed project specifications.

- Implement and uphold Agile methodologies, facilitating regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Prepare project costing, budgeting, and estimation.

- Create and maintain project scorecards for management.

- Technical Expertise:

- Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and best practices for the development team.

- Possess strong experience with .Net Core development, Microsoft Azure, and Agile methodologies.

- Have a solid understanding of relational database design and construction, including SQL and stored procedures.

- Team Leadership:

- Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to team members,



fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching new team members in collaboration with HR.

- Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks proactively.

- Communication and Reporting:

- Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Analyze and report regularly to senior management on project progress, risks, and issues.

- Facilitate transparent communication and alignment between different teams and stakeholders.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Contribute to the improvement and development of the organization's project management framework and processes.

- Promote best practices and advocate for continuous process enhancements.

- External Vendor Management:

- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring their deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards.

- Oversee outcomes related to UI/UX, website development, and compliance initiatives.

- Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, ensuring compliance through regular audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and security standards are met.

- Cross-Functional Management:

- Coordinate and manage various functions, such as HR,



Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Development, and Support, to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.

- Align team efforts with organizational goals, ensuring all departments work cohesively towards common objectives.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

· Experience:

- 6 to 10 years of project management experience in a SaaS or software development environment.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time.

· Qualifications:

- Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).

- SCRUM Master certification preferred.

· Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in project management tools (Zoho Project, Zoho Sprint, or similar).

- Experience with .Net Core, Microsoft Azure, and SQL.

· Additional Skills:

- Strong strategic planning, resource management, and risk management skills.

- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
