Position: Project Manager

Location: Hyderabad

About the Role

This role will require you to collaborate with multi-functional leaders in Technology and product teams to drive data technology decisions, innovations, and implementation. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring a successful delivery of technical projects. You will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

- Project Management:

- Plan, initiate, and manage technical projects from inception to completion.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Coordination:

- Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, design, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities.

- Timeline Management:

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including milestones and deliverables.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Develop contingency plans to address potential obstacles.

- Stakeholder Communication:

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including progress, risks, and issues.

- Ensure clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization.

- Resource Management:

- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.





- Manage project budgets and track expenditures to stay within financial constraints.

- Process Improvement:

- Implement and promote best practices for project management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes.

- Documentation:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.

- Ensure all project artifacts are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience: 5+ years in project/program management.

- Technical Skills: Robust understanding of software development and technical concepts.

- Project Management: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

- Organizational Skills: Effective multitasking and time management abilities.
