Position: Project Management - Scrum Master (Squad Leader and PO)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Initiate and govern Agile squad aligned with business goals.
- Plan and organize project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholders through effective communication and engagement.
- Facilitate Agile practices and guide teams in living Agile values and principles.
- Coach team members on Scrum frameworks, ceremonies, and best practices.
- Plan and track delivery using metrics like Velocity, Burndown, and Cumulative Flow.
- Remove obstacles and shield the team from external disruptions.
- Support DevOps adoption by enabling Agile-aligned project setups.
- Apply project governance and manage risks, resources, and budgets as needed.
- People Manager for his team (career discussions, feedback)
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor in Science or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
Agile certification (CSM or CSPO)
