We are looking for a seasoned Project Lead with 12+ years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in the Education sector, to drive end-to-end program management for government-led education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall functioning of the PMU.
- Drive planning, execution, and monitoring of Gyan Shakti Residential Schools of Excellence and Scholarship Schemes.
- Ensure governance, policy adherence, and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Coordinate with Branch Offices, Government Departments, and external stakeholders for seamless project rollout.
- Oversee reporting frameworks, dashboards, and program documentation to ensure compliance and performance visibility.
Key Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM or relevant postgraduate degree.
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Education sector.
- Proven track record of working on a minimum of two projects with Central/State Government agencies or departments.
