Key Responsibilities
- Lead debt raise processes including financial packaging, lender discussions, and closures.
- Develop detailed financial models, feasibility studies, and investment analyses.
- Support structuring of financing solutions aligned to project and client needs.
- Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial partners.
- Monitor covenants, utilization schedules, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare presentations, business cases, and funding documentation for leadership.
- Evaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- CA or MBA (Finance) with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong exposure to project finance, structured funding, or infrastructure advisory.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a dynamic workplace.
- Strong stakeholder management and execution focus.
