Position: Senior Program Management Officer

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Extendable Contract

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Responsibilities

1. Experience in leading, managing and driving such large programmes
2. Monitoring and reporting progress of all change initiatives across Regulatory, Mandatory and

Strategic change programmes, providing Quality Assurance where necessary
1. Providing oversight of MSS portfolio change governance for consistency to standardize reporting

senior GBM management and Group forums
1. Managing MSS change resource plans, providing transparency for skills and capabilities enabling

effective redeployment of resources in line with programme demand and delivery timelines
1. Acting as a ‘bench’ to mobilise urgent, key MSS initiatives quickly and effectively
2. Collaborating with global MSS business sponsors, execution owners and functional leads to

maintain key measures of accountability to drive change programmes to completion
1. Enabling focus to remain on execution, unblocking critical issues and areas of conflict, and

reducing administrative burden by supporting MSS Transformation Office reporting updates to management
1. Oversight on work of other PMO
